Dear Patients of Panoramic Dental,
In an ongoing effort to maintain the health and well being of our patients, families, friends, and co-workers, we are pausing all dental treatment at our office. This includes all hygiene appointments, exams, and scheduled treatment appointments. This is being done in order to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 and to maximize the availability of protective gear for those medical providers on the front lines. At this time, it is uncertain when we will be able to return to normal operations.
Our current plan is to not reschedule any appointments at this time. We will track all appointments that are being affected by this temporary closure and will reach out to reappoint when it is appropriate to do so.
If there is a dental emergency that requires immediate assistance, please contact the office at 925-934-3251. You will either reach one of our front office staff or our answering service will contact me directly. We will do our best to triage and manage the emergency to the best of our ability.
We miss seeing you, caring for you, and the time spent with our teammates. All of us together are what makes Panoramic Dental work.
Our focus right now is helping the community in general stay healthy. We will return as soon as possible to help keep everyone's teeth and smiles healthy as well, too.
